I need to upgrade my headlight in a big way from the CatEye OptiCube I use now. If anybody has a recommendation on a decent system, I'd appreciate it.
Thx.

I use a Light and Motion Stella light. A bit pricey but it is plenty bright for my 2-hour commutes on the Mount Vernon Trail and I've never had an issue with the battery running low.

NYT did a short bike light review. I don't use any of the lights reviewed, but its worth reading if you have not bought your light yet. http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2009/01/28/fashion/0129-PHYS_index.html

Decent systems are all , but the point must be that which could last for a longer period of time, helps in safety matters, provides a proper illumination and with a long lasting battery standby.
